HN-620 A/B is an industrial-grade, two-part condensation cure liquid silicone rubber system with a standard mixing ratio of 100:2 by weight. 1. Thoroughly shake Part B curing agent before use. Weigh Parts A and B at 100:2 ratio and mix uniformly, ensuring complete blending by scraping container sides and bottom.
2. Vacuum deaerate the blended compound for no more than 10 minutes to avoid over-extended vacuuming.
3. Allow full room-temperature curing for approximately 4 hours. Heating is not required, but if thermal acceleration is needed, maintain temperature below 100°C.
4. For optimal mold performance, allow a full 24-hour post-curing rest before demolding or application.
